• Pay Stubs for 30 days of employment. Please make sure the entire page is copied. If you are paid twice per month 2 paychecks and detail sheet
•  W-2 Forms for 2008 and 2009
•  All pages of your last month’s bank account, this Account should total six times your principal, interest, taxes and insurance payment per month.
•  Copy of Borrowers Driver's License(s)
•  Property and School Tax receipts showing Name, Phone Number and address of the Taxing Authority
•  Statement from your current Mortgage(s) showing Phone, Fax , Loan numbers and Payoff Amount
  

Settlement may take place within 2-3 weeks. For those Borrowers getting Cash back after Settlement, your check can be overnited to you to be received on the 5th business day after Settlement.  Make sure the company name and address on your paystub  is the same as your location of employment. Remember, to refrain from making large Purchases and transferring money out of an account you are using to qualify and make sure your name or the name of the person we are using to QUALIFY INCOME is on the VERIFICATION ACCOUNT. Please continue to pay Mortgages and Credit Accounts on time to maintain your credit rating.
